History
Series begins with the Army Men (PC) in 1998. A sequel called Army Men 2 (PC) was released in 1999. The next installment, Army Men 3D, was released also in 1999. This was the first game in the series released on the console game (PlayStation). Series continued with the Army Men: Toys in Space (PC), before branching with Army Men: World War series for PC and PlayStation. At about the same time period the Army Men: Sarge's Heroes was released, and the sequel was released the following year, in 2000.

A number of spin-off was also released, including helicopter themed games Air Tactics, Air Attack, Air Attack 2, Air Combat and Air Combat: The Elite Missions, and World War series. There is also a game called Counter-inspired Green Rogue. In addition, there Runner portal, which has a close resemblance to the Sarge's Heroes 2. Released only a half years after the original game.



About this game
The first game of the series. It was originally released for the PC, then later ported to Game Boy Color. Considered a classic by fans, this is one of the few games to actually display the Sarge and his team is only as pawns in a larger battle [clarification needed] The two features that make this game unique in its series that tells the story (.
